    <p data-start=”170″ data-end=”190″>🚫 <strong data-start=”173″ data-end=”190″>Major issues:</p>

    <ul data-start=”191″ data-end=”749″>
    <li data-start=”191″ data-end=”333″>
    <p data-start=”193″ data-end=”333″>The route mostly goes along <strong data-start=”221″ data-end=”255″>regular roads shared with cars, with <strong data-start=”262″ data-end=”290″>no designated bike lanes or visual separation (e.g. colored paths).</p>

    <li data-start=”334″ data-end=”471″>
    <p data-start=”336″ data-end=”471″><strong data-start=”336″ data-end=”362″>No physical protection for cyclists; while some stretches have a <strong data-start=”405″ data-end=”431″>30–40 km/h speed limit, it’s still risky for vulnerable users.</p>

    <li data-start=”472″ data-end=”560″>
    <p data-start=”474″ data-end=”560″>There were <strong data-start=”485″ data-end=”524″>almost no bike/pedestrian crossings, making it unsafe at intersections.</p>

    <li data-start=”561″ data-end=”668″>
    <p data-start=”563″ data-end=”668″><strong data-start=”563″ data-end=”584″>No night lighting outside the town centers, making it unsafe to ride in the evening or early morning.</p>

    <li data-start=”669″ data-end=”749″>
    <p data-start=”671″ data-end=”749″>It’s <strong data-start=”676″ data-end=”748″>definitely not suitable for children or people with reduced mobility.</p>

    <p data-start=”751″ data-end=”780″>🔍 <strong data-start=”754″ data-end=”780″>Other safety concerns:</p>

    <ul data-start=”781″ data-end=”1081″>
    <li data-start=”781″ data-end=”940″>
    <p data-start=”783″ data-end=”940″>At one point, the group encountered a <strong data-start=”821″ data-end=”856″>closed gate on private property not indicated on Google Maps, which forced a reroute — a safety and planning issue.</p>

    <li data-start=”941″ data-end=”1081″>
    <p data-start=”943″ data-end=”1081″>Presence of <strong data-start=”955″ data-end=”981″>cow waste on the roads and the <strong data-start=”990″ data-end=”1003″>bad smell made parts of the route unpleasant and possibly slippery/dangerous for bikes.</p>

    <p data-start=”1083″ data-end=”1104″>✅ <strong data-start=”1085″ data-end=”1104″>Some positives:</p>

    <ul data-start=”1105″ data-end=”1237″>
    <li data-start=”1105″ data-end=”1141″>
    <p data-start=”1107″ data-end=”1141″>A few <strong data-start=”1113″ data-end=”1140″>descents were enjoyable.</p>

    <li data-start=”1142″ data-end=”1237″>
    <p data-start=”1144″ data-end=”1237″>Riding through the villages fostered a <strong data-start=”1183″ data-end=”1236″>sense of connection with the community and nature.</p>

    <p data-start=”1239″ data-end=”1258″>🛠 <strong data-start=”1242″ data-end=”1258″>Suggestions:</p>

    <ul data-start=”1259″ data-end=”1548″>
    <li data-start=”1259″ data-end=”1335″>
    <p data-start=”1261″ data-end=”1335″>Create <strong data-start=”1268″ data-end=”1323″>dedicated bike lanes or at least visual separations with paint.</p>

    <li data-start=”1336″ data-end=”1420″>
    <p data-start=”1338″ data-end=”1420″>Add <strong data-start=”1342″ data-end=”1381″>crossings for bikes and pedestrians, especially near town entrances/exits.</p>

    <li data-start=”1421″ data-end=”1468″>
    <p data-start=”1423″ data-end=”1468″>Install <strong data-start=”1431″ data-end=”1449″>basic lighting in rural segments.</p>

    <li data-start=”1469″ data-end=”1548″>
    <p data-start=”1471″ data-end=”1548″>Place <strong data-start=”1477″ data-end=”1511″>signs warning of private roads, and ensure public maps are updated.</p>
