Explaination what we did

First, we dreamt about better cycling infrastructures. More precisely, barriers seperating cars froms bikes, connecting between cars and bikes roads, safe and efficient garages. These ideas could be possible though the establishment of public partnerships.

Through the second step of “planning”, we created a map showing the strategic points for new infrastructures and a plan for a system of barriers. We can make this possible by contacting local and national authorities, builders and architects.

The third step is “doing”. We thought about creating fundraising, finding a lawyer for permit checks, filling applications for European funds and started to build the roads.

Regarding the “celebrating” phase, which is the evaluation, we organised follow-up checks with experts to make sure that they are stable on the long-term. We also thought about the promotion of the infrastructures through events and the inauguration with the authorities and adovocacy for extension of the insfrastructures. Aditionally, auditing is important to make sure that the money is spread properly.
