Last week in Saron we learned about Dragon Dreaming methodology. This methodology has different steps that we explored and discovered while developing a short project about looking for fundings for cycling. These steps were as follows:

    DREAMING
    – We did “Panakari”, which consisted on silent thinking about ideas that could help us get some funding to cycle. We also thought about what we were lacking to develop a proper project, such as emotional intelligence.
    – After Panakari, we put all our dreams together to see what we had in common as a project. We wrote it down and we started our project.

    PLANNING
    – During this step we wrote a list of smart objectives that could help us make our dreams come true.
    – We chose two main objectives which were:
•Learning how to take care of our
    emotions.
    • To create interesting biking.
    events.

    DOING
    – After thinking about small objectives, we tried to connect all of them. However, we realized that we had a dragon in our project.
    – Our dragon was in the celebrating part and it was about not doing enough evaluation.

We enjoyed the dreaming part because it was fun to share some ideas together.

We think that the planning part get us in a lot of trouble. It was hard for as to organise our objectives.

In the doing part it was a bit hard to connect all the objectives but we manage it.
