Dragon dreaming applied to the Bicycle project

The bicycle project was created in 2024 within the European year of cycling. It’s about thinking of the soft mobilities in the EU, especially cycling. The first week of April 2025 sixty young participants from five countries (France, Italy, Poland, Spain, Belgium) participated in a youth exchange in Saron (Cantabria) to reflect on cycling policies and sustainable mobility. They learned about the Dragon Dreaming methodology for project planning and, divided into ten different groups, they applied this method to develop projects based on each of the main objectives of the EU cycling policies.
