To begin with, we examined our two most important objectives, which primarily focused on preparing a comprehensive guideline and ensuring inclusivity and accessibility.

To achieve these goals, we started with the “dreaming” phase. We began by gathering information to collect public opinions, identify people’s needs, and explore the potential outcomes, considering both the pros and cons of our project.

Secondly, under the planning phase, we set the dates, prepared a PR plan, and applied for financial support as part of the project. During this stage, we also discussed our ideas and made sure everyone was aligned on what we could do together and where we might need help. Our ideas matched well, which allowed us to smoothly transition from the “dreaming” phase to the “celebration” phase.

The “doing” and “celebrating” phases were productive in terms of the actions to be taken. During the “doing” phase, each of us wrote down a few examples of tasks and actions. We focused on collaborating with companies and service providers, creating a guideline for potential tours, and planning Instagram posts. In the “celebrating” phase, we concentrated on analyzing the outcomes, rewarding partners who met our expectations, and projecting new perspectives.

However, we encountered a problematic moment in our project because we did not invest enough effort in the planning phase. We focused too much on the “doing” phase and eventually had to make some changes to better align our actions with our initial objectives.

Overall, the main advantage of our approach was its analytical and multipurpose structure. As a result, we proposed numerous actions for both the “doing” and “celebrating” phases. Nonetheless, we faced a challenge during the planning phase, as the connections between the steps were somewhat weak, and the actions proposed under the “dreaming” and “planning” phases were rather limited.
