During the Doing phase, we were tasked with answering the question: “What specific tasks do we need to do to achieve these objectives?”.
We started by brainstorming 32 specific tasks that were grouped within the dimension ranging from “individual” to Collective” level, and grouped along “Dreaming, Planning, Doing, and Celebrating”. We came up with 33 tasks, making use of Pinakarri, which we first grouped according to the structure, and subsequently, connected using the “Spiderweb” method. The spiderweb method was valuable in visualizing the intricate nature of links between the tasks. Two tasks stood out, attracting the most connections, these were:
    1. Revenue strategy
    2. Finding sponsors
Afterwards, we assigned roles to the respective team members, following the “Mentor, Enthusiast, and Student” framework.
We also dialled down our idea of what the project should become. We created the F.I.C., the Foundation Inclusive Cycling, which organises Inclusive Cycling events, during which there will be a multitude of activities, providing manufacturers the opportunity to showcase innovative products in cycling. The proceeds, collected through rents paid by the manufacturers running booths, and the afterparty, are used to finance inclusive cycling projects.
