Our project *“Padalea La Vida”* refers to the topic of data and monitoring progress. As a main idea, we chose to develop an app that would give an opportunity to share the favorite cycling routes between users, and the most favourite ones would be equipped with tracking devices (e.g. motion detectors). We used Dragon Dreaming as a core methodology for our project which consists of four parts:

*Dreaming* – Our dreams referred to the functionality of the app. In the best case scenario, we would like our app to be able to track GPS of its users (with consent) that would make the app easy to use. It would be super user-friendly, with pleasant design and multiple languages (English, Spanish and as many others as possible). Also, the app would offer a space for open conversation between experienced bikers and beginners who don’t know where to start.

*Planning* – To make our dreams come true, we created 28 goals and classified them into clusters. The one with the biggest number of goals referred to finding an IT-team since we are not able to create an app ourselves. Also, our project needs proper funding since the app creation is usually a costly initiative. We also had some key objectives about the functionality of the app and it’s advertisement so we would be able to bring new users. However, it all comes down to the budget and hard skills that for now we don’t have

*Doing* – At the planning stage, we realised that our key objectives require the interaction with the environment rather than an individual work of our team. Having a team of specialists is essential for the creation and development of the app, but this highlights the important need to invest and set a budget that can be used strategically. It’s not enough to invest at a monetary level but it is also necessary to create an interactive social network that can bring people together beyond their background and experience. From doing to dreaming, the problem of both financial and human resources must be addressed because the project must attract a varied number and emerge with its ease of use and accessibility to anyone. The key can be found in the pleasure of riding a bike, in sharing one’s knowledge and in constructive criticism of functionality and improvement.

*Celebrating* – We for sure enjoyed the composition of the Dragon Dreaming method, but some parts came to be harder than the other. For example, the Dreaming part was challenging because it is rarely included in project management, and we needed to brainstorm in order to come to a common vision. It was a group effort, despite the language barrier we managed to share our ideas and complement each other. Some ideas were more concrete than others but it was challenging to identify the crucial points to give structure to the project.
