After evaluation, we found 2 dragons. The dragons represent the weak points of our project planning.
One of them was in the « planning » part and the other in the « doing » part.

The first one concerns is about the fact we are too depend of the external environment and we don’t enough create/ bring things by ourselves. To face dragon, we thought that we could include an individual mapping of the process.

The second concerns the lack of concrete building phase. So again, we thought about building roads and barriers concretely and thanks to the money we would raise.
