During the planning phase, each group member was tasked with answering the questions:
“What objectives will ensure that 100% of our dreams will come true?”
and
“Which objectives will we need to focus on to make other objectives happen?”
We collected the answers and grouped them using the keyword technique. Then we created collective objectives, which we voted on, to single out two objectives we prioritize. These were:
1. “To cooperate with local communities”
2. “To obtain sufficient financial resources”
The feedback we got aimed primarily at making the objectives more concrete, as it lacked am easily recognizable theme. Furthermore, we were asked to make the objectives more actionable and to create an additional column.
