Get ready to kick off a new kind of ride, one that’s not just about getting from A to B, but about reimagining the journey itself. This week, we’re rolling out our Bike Bus from Sarón to the Cayón school, creating a living, moving map of what a safe, sustainable school commute could look like. 🗺️🏫
Like a school bus, but cooler and greener, we’ll stop at key points around the town to “pick up” our fellow riders, just as kids would do on their daily way to class. Along the way, we’ll shine a light on what works, what’s missing, and what absolutely needs to change to make cycling to school a safe and accessible reality for everyone. 🛑🔍
This isn’t just a ride, it’s a statement. A statement about children’s right to move freely and safely. A call to improve infrastructures, inspired by the European Declaration on Cycling, and a challenge to rethink our streets from the handlebars up. 🌍🚦

the route to the school was very exposed to the road for cars, and would not be safe for a group of students traveling alone. it would therefore be necessary to assist them, or make a cycle path joined to the pedestrian road. many essential comments have already been said in the group comment. I would add more information signs on how to move within the road, and some basic regulations.
